Official Contest Rules:
Epstein Custom Media, National Parenting Product Awards, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct its contests substantially as described in these general contesting rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
Entry must be received by date and time specified on contest page.
Winner(s) will receive prize(s) as specified on contest page. Winners are chosen at random from all eligible submissions and will be notified by email, online message or phone call. If the winner cannot be reached within 10 business days, a new winner will be chosen.
This prize is not redeemable for cash. Company is not responsible for and does not warrant the safety or quality of the prize, and is not liable for any injury, damage or death related to the prize or its use.
You must be a resident of the United States and age 18 or older in order to enter.
All applicable laws apply and this contest is void where prohibited.
By participating in this contest, National Parenting Product Awards (NAPPA) intends to send regular email updates and occasional promotional offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of these mailings at any time upon receipt.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant, unless otherwise stated.
Odds of winning are based on the number of entries. Automated entries of any kind are not allowed.
ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD EVERY NINETY (90) DAYS.
Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Employees of National Parenting Product Awards (NAPPA), Epstein Custom Media and their immediate families may not enter.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant Company the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Company reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Company, all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Company is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for reporting and paying for all applicable taxes related to the prize and will be required to provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number and complete an IRS form W-4 if the total prize value is $600 or more. Company reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-4 and proof of identification are received. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
