The National Parenting Product Awards (NAPPA Awards) reserves the right to a) reject any entry; b) withhold awards in any category; c) reassign a product to a different category and/or d) change criteria without notice.
NAPPA Awards is not responsible for the loss, damage, or return of any material submitted to the program.
Results of product evaluations will not be released. Products submitted to NAPPA Awards will not be returned. Application fees will not be refunded.
By the submission of the online application and evaluation samples, Applicant agrees to the following:
Applicant company, or its duly authorized representative, certifies that all information submitted in the application form is true.
Applicant understands and agrees that NAPPA Awards has the right to grant or not grant awards in its sole and absolute discretion, which Applicant agrees not to challenge in any forum or setting, whether public or private.
Applicant certifies that each item that it submits to NAPPA Awards complies with all mandatory and voluntary safety standards. Applicant understands and agrees that: (a) any review that NAPPA Awards conducts will be limited solely to the guidelines and general criteria outlined herein for the sole benefit of NAPPA Awards; and (b) NAPPA Awards’ review, analysis, commentary, and/or the grant of an award shall under no circumstances be deemed to constitute any opinion, representation, or warranty as to the safety of the products by any at the National Parenting Product Awards, its officers, trustees, directors, agents and employees.
Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAPPA Awards as well as all of its officers, trustees, directors, agents, employees, successors and assigns, from and against any and all Damages and Claims.
“Damages and Claims” are understood and agreed to mean: (a) damages caused by products submitted to NAPPA Awards; and (b) claims, demands, causes of action, debts, liabilities, losses or costs (including but not limited to lawyers’ fees and costs), however designated, that relate to the products Applicant has submitted to NAPPA Awards and/or any awards granted by NAPPA Awards to the Applicant.
Under no circumstances shall NAPPA Awards be liable to any party on account of use of the items submitted. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, arising from any of use of the products submitted.
Applicant certifies to NAPPA Awards that its submission does not infringe upon any other party’s intellectual property rights.
By submitting the online application, Applicant agrees to be bound by NAPPA Awards Use Policy, should you be a recipient of an award.
Applicant acknowledges that NAPPA Awards may use evaluation samples as social media or event contest prizes or donation to non-profit organizations.
