The Buggie Huggie™ is like a high chair tray for your shopping cart! It has a “hugging” safety layer to help keep toddlers from standing up or falling out of the shopping cart, and the tray is the perfect place for snacks, books, toys, and activity sheets. It even has an optional phone holder accessory to firmly secure a parent’s phone for kids’ favorite shows and apps (or flipped around to display a digital grocery list!)

“The tray is lightweight and very easy to attach to a shopping cart. The most difficult part of using this tray is unfolding it because you have to simultaneously press the blue buttons on the side and unfold the tray. I’m sure this gets easier with practice. All of the pieces that clip onto the shopping cart were easy to attach. The tray has a generous surface area for toys and snacks, but what really kept my daughter entertained was the cell phone clip so she could watch videos. Once the cell phone was on, she did not try to get out of the cart once, and I was able to take my time shopping. The tray stuck out pretty far towards me in the particular cart I was using, but it did not make pushing the cart difficult or uncomfortable.”

“This is the first time I’ve taken my 15-month-old baby to the grocery store and put her in a shopping cart because of the Pandemic. The Buggie Huggie made her first shopping trip very enjoyable. I put some toys and snacks on the tray and she stayed very entertained. I also used my shopping cart cover underneath her for comfort and to protect from germs but the tray kept her safely and secured in the cart.”
