Evaluation comments:
“Based on the packaging, these appear to be thoughtful art kits that really target early childhood learning, creativity and expression. They are pretty straightforward and I really like the brief instructional card included that has guided questions and tips & ideas. Overall, the kits are meant for open ended art play.”
“The painting kit involves messy finger painting which is always a fun sensory adventure for kids.”
“The inclusion of different textured papers is very interesting and unique.”
“The crazy creature sticker kit was cute and funny. My daughter loved creating silly creatures with the included shapes and she is a huge fan of tape, so it was extra fun that a roll of tape was included as well.”
“These kits are high quality. They are put together thoughtfully and intentionally.”
“I also really appreciate that they source their paper products from responsible sources.”
“The included Developmental Guide is a great way to take your child’s art play to the next level with open ended, reflective questions. The painting kit also encouraged us to try something new – I had never had my daughter try painting on felt or a corrugated surface before.”
“I love that the painting kit includes only primary colors with the intent of mixing them together to create other colors. This mirrors what my daughter is learning in her preschool class currently.”
“I am also always a fan of creative activities that are screen free.”
“My daughter really enjoys art and was happy to be able to get a bit messy in her play.”
“I like that you don’t need any glue to put these little animals together. The instructions give us plenty of ideas for easily identifiable animals like chicks, turtles, sheep, fish, etc. But what my kids really enjoyed was making their own monstrous creations.”
“The pieces are large enough for even very little hands to put together.”
“I like that the instructions remind us to talk to your kids about what they are doing as they are putting their creations together.”
“Overall, a fun and easy activity to get creative with the kiddos.”
“This was very useful to keep the kids busy during an afternoon at home. We created and then moved on to playing by using our creations as puppets to tell stories.”
“As someone who is a rule-following, Type A personality, I really appreciated that the instructions specifically tell you to present all the materials in an inviting way with “no restraints.”
“The “papers” were great. Some were thick like canvas, some had a reflective material, one was a piece of felt, one was corrugated, one was a piece of plastic. All were great mediums to explore the paints and crayons with.”
“The instructions then encourage you to layer the pieces creating new activities from the ones you just finished. Smart and fun.”
“This is a nice and simple sensory activity. A fun way to spend an afternoon.”
“I love that the instructions basically told me it’s ok to get messy!”
